    das ist doch mal eine schoene Liste!!
    Ich mache ab und zu auch die Workouts von TIU.. Habe mich immer gefragt wieviel kcal da verbrannt werden, habe aber vergeblich im Internet gesucht.
    Kannst du mir sagen, wie du das raus gefunden hast, oder nimmst du einen Kcal Zaehler??

    1. Danke für das Kompliment, das liest man gerne :-)
      Müsste hier auch mal aktualisieren, ist schon in Arbeit.
      Also die Kalorien notiere ich mit meiner Pulsuhr. Bei den TIU-Workouts verbrennt man leider nicht so viel- ich zumindest, daher reicht mir das alleine nicht und mache das höchstens mal ergänzend.
